After two decades working for the Department of Human Services at Centrelink, I resigned and founded Advocates For Aged Care in 2018 with the sole purpose of helping people through the difficult and sometimes emotional process of entering Aged Care.
I understand first hand how complicated (and sometimes expensive) the Aged Care entry process can be as I myself am a Carer for my elderly mother. I have over 15 years experience specifically handling Aged Care enquiries and processing financial assessments. I have in-depth knowledge of Centrelink processes and experience working closely with customers receiving Age, Carers and Disability Pensions.
I’m passionate about helping people and I strive to simplify the Aged Care entry process. By leveraging my vast experience, I’m able to provide the right advice, assist you through the process and engage Government Departments & Agencies on your behalf; taking the pain out of the process.
If you have a question, need my help or just want a chat, please reach out to me either via the Contact Us page, my mobile on 0417 941 404 or on the Advocated For Aged Care Facebook page.
