Package 1 - Health Check


We'll answer your questions on Centrelink payments and Concession cards via telephone or email and:

1. Check you are receiving your maximum entitlement
2. Explain qualification requirements for new claims
3. Advise which forms to complete, how to access them and submit them
4. What documentation you are required to supply
5. Calculate the approximate rate of payment you will receive
6. Advise you of your notification obligations once on payment

Everything in Package 1 +

We'll work with you to submit a new claim via your online MyGov account, or complete a paper based claim if you do not have the technology to apply online:

1. Age Pension
2. Carer Payment and/or Carer Allowance
3. Disability Pension
4. Commonwealth Seniors Health Care Card
5. Will supply claim forms if needed and post to you once completed together over the telephone
6. Become your nominee with Centrelink or Department of Veteran Affairs if you require assistance ongoing
